China Railways high-speed cab car 2572, a 380AL class trainset, shows off its sleek lines as train G1003 (Wuhan to Shenzhen North, 1171 km [762.6 miles], which takes 5 hours and 10 minutes) rolls to a stop at the Humen Station in Humen Town, Dongguan City, China, on October 23, 2014. As this train arrived, and I set up for a "roster" shot, the engine kept filling the viewfinder, and filling the viewfinder, and I became concerned that I may not get the whole unit cleanly between catenary towers! These CRH380AL train sets consist of 16 cars, and were built by CSR Qingdao Sifang Locomotive & Rolling Stock Company. These trains are designed for a standard operating speed of 380 km/h (236 mph) on newly constructed Chinese high-speed main lines.
