| The Boron Local shoves down the Borax Lead with three SD45-2 rebuilds and a whopping 95 cars (plus an ex-ATSF caboose). It's nice to see standard cab EMDs on the BNSF in Southern California. The large number of gensets and four-axle wide nose units assigned to locals and yard jobs makes seeing a solid set of these classics in action difficult outside of this job. |
