| Waking up Rockaway Beach. The old McCloud's little Alco Prairie #25 whistles for one of the many private grade crossings in the ocean-front community of Rockaway Beach, as she heads north along the Oregon Coast on a sunny fall morning. Rockaway Beach is a touristy community on the Pacific Coast, which on this particular day, featured some rather impressive surf. This little town is the normal destination for the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad's regular tourist trains. |
