| New England Central Railroad and the Vermont Rail System teamed up to operate a round trip chartered Vermont Rail Action Network passenger special from Montpelier Jct. to St. Albans, Vermont on November 13. The southbound return trip is seen with NECR GP38 3845 leading GP40-2CU 3809 and the Green Mountain Railroad generator car with 5 stainless steel coaches into Waterbury, Vermont amid steady snowfall. |
