Norfolk Southern's road switcher, H70, is usually a Sun-Thurs run at night. However, this Sunday found H70 drilling it's turning point at Campbell Hall, NY around noon. This set the freight train up for an eastbound run in perfect winter sun, something that happens rarely on the Southern Tier.
Here, the two big General Electrics lead the train through the sharp S-curve just west of Hillburn Yard and Suffern, New York.
