| UP 3021 is set up with another SD40 and an SD45 as a helper set at Pleasant Valley, Oregon. The consist is tucked in to the siding and coupled to the rear of a westbound freight headed for La Grande. While they wait, SD40-2 3413 rushes another trio of helpers past. They will stop beyond the switch and back in on top of the 3021 to get out of the way of a soon to arrive Old Timers' Special headed by a quartet of E9s. |
