Good Morning Colorado! A lineup of Southern Pacific power await a chance to tackle Tennessee Pass spotted at Minturn Yard on Sept. 27, 1996. Winter has a tendency to arrive early in Minturn, some 7,860 ft. in elevation and nestled in the Colorado Rockies.
