| This is half the pair of Ex-UP GP39-2s that are assigned to the KCTL, which is the Watco Company that is the contract operator for the Kansas City Terminal Railway. They are pictured at Midwest Locomotive in KC, waiting for some minor work, and a new coat of paint. Both units still retained their classification lights on the front and the back at the time--they were removed. |
