| Running more than 8 hours late the Lakeshore Limited heads out of Toledo by the site of an early stage underpass project. A Shoo-fly track will be built on the alignment to the right in this shot which is taken from the McCord Rd sidewalk. McCord Rd will drop down here to go under the NS Chicago main. Several years ago, two high school students were struck by an Amtrak at this crossing, killing one of them and adding to the calls to grade separate this location. |
