Remarks & Notes |
Business end of a boxcab. Here is one of the ends of a bidirectional CN Boxcab, preserved in Deux-Montagnes. CN 6710 was built by General Electric and delivered to the Canadian Northern as CNoR 600 in 1919. It was used on the Deux-Montagnes electrified line (which terminates nearby) until being retired in 1995. It is displayed in front of the Deux-Montagnes station, which still sees electric trains, but not locomotive hauled. This may change if AMT's new dual-mode engines are finally used on this line. |
