NS haulage train 31T, CP symbol 931-16, crosses the quite frozen Hudson River at Fort Edward, New York, with CNW C44-9W 8646 leading the CSXT C40-8W 7861 and CN C40-8 2129 (ex-CNW 8546). The train was on its way north to Montreal, Quebec, from Enola, Pennsylvania, and seen at 23:53 hrs on January 17, 2015.
