Remarks & Notes |
Train ALCA (Allentown - Camden) traverses the Schuylkill River on the Reading belt line just south of the Metropolitan Edison Titus Generating Station. This was a tough location to catch an eastbound. Just west of here is Titus interlocking, where most Philadelphia-bound trains on the belt line were diverted back to the main line. Only when traffic conditions dictated did the dispatcher have a train continue to Birdsboro on the belt line. |
