NS 718, an ex Conrail GP38 CR2940 since converted into an RP-E4C slug, along with NS 3095, a GP40-2, back across the bridge to pick up some gondolas left by the Kiski Junction R.R. Weather conditions left a switch frozen. NS MOW personnel arrived to thaw out the switch causing a slight delay on the Conemaugh Line.
