After a very fine, powdery 8 inches of snow fell overnight, It took virtually no wind at all to kick up snow, and Q439-15 rolling by at 40 mph was enough to create a snow squall. Seen here, he is about to roll through the Fredericskburg Station with a duo of CSX ES44AH's.
