| A CSX train of 102 empty hoppers dashes through the snow left by Winter Storm Octavia through the Robinson Creek community south of Pikeville. The train, en route to load at Myra, Ky., was the first to pass over the Sandy Valley and Elkhorn Subdivision following the storm a day earlier. |
