| These battered old warriors were once the go-to power for the SP to get their trains across the western states, but those days are now long gone. But it appears these brutes may get another lease on life as they sit outside of National Railway Equipment's facility and wait their turn to enter the gates. NREX is a rebuilder of locomotives and sometimes a scrapper, I hope in this case it's the former. |
