| The end of an era. Another chapter in the storied book on Minnesota's Iron Range has come to an end. Within minutes, CN power will arrive and pull these two former Erie Mining, then later LTV Steel, then Cliffs Erie Railroad and now IBCX F9A units off the property where they called home since 1956 and depart Hoyt Lakes for a new life on the Vermilion Valley Railroad. |
