| Matawan Station - A commuter train shoves past the original Matawan station. Built in the 1870s by the NY&LB, the station is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The station once had an apron canopy to shelter folks from the rain while waiting for the train, but this structure was removed during restoration work several years back. |
