| Business is good along the Northeast Corridor today as Conrail ME-2 hauls eight cars south toward New Brunswick. This Metuchen-based local serves industries between Metuchen and Deans on Amtrak's Northeast Corridor. ME-2 has just left the General Tire lead and will perform a run-around move at County interlocking before heading back to Metuchen. The Conrail caboose usually assigned to this local is absent on this day. |
