Utah Central Railway GP9 201 can usually be found working in Ogden's Business Depot Ogden complex, a former military installation. And that is exactly where this engine was found on March 13th, 2015. Built by EMD in June 1957 as Western Maryland 44, this engine was later renumbered to WM 6419 (when the WM became part of the Chessie System). The WM sold it to Montana Western Railroad (MWRR), which numbered it 201. From there it was owned by the Rarus Railway (RARW) as their 201 before being sold to the UCRY in 2009. This engine got around!
