| My first shot of 2015 produced an unexpected surprise in the form of a late running local freight from Kroonstad to Sasolburg, departing Rooiwal early on a beautiful summer morning. A pair of Kroonstad based class 34-400's are hauling a mixed load of grain wagons and butane and propylene tankers as they pass the classic outer home and distant semaphore at the north end of the station. |
