| One of the recent additions to the leased motive power fleet at the Vermont Rail System is the Natchez Railway GP38-2 #2601. The unit is currently undergoing a 92-day FRA inspection before being placed in service on the VRS. VTR GP40-2W 311 - the 50th Anniversary GP40-2LW - is in the shop for a variety of power assembly swap outs and also will soon be placed back in service. |
