Brand spankin new PROX 17394 sits in track OG32 at Oakville Yard awaiting placement at the Procor facility in Oakville to be painted, these updated tank cars include riot shields, new rung ladders, new platforms and hand holds to make getting on and off tank cars so much easier and safer.
