Remarks & Notes |
CP 8784 leads its train west near Donald. Just passed this point is an abandoned logging mill. Donald also served as a work camp during the construction of the Canadian Pacific Railway. In 1885 when Lord Strathcona drove the Last Spike at Craigellachie, an unofficial last spike ceremony was held near this point. |
