"Last Westbound Run"
One of the final revenue runs for NJT’s F40 #4124 on a very cold January Winters afternoon shown at the Mountain Lakes Station stop. Just a bit remaining sun light beams on the unit for its last hurrah. 4124 will make one last trek East the following morning at Mountain Lakes, but will not to return the following afternoon. The only other active NJT’s F40 units 4120 and 4119 running at this same time, would soon be relegated to work train service only. |
