A loaded ethanol train from Arthur, IA, bound for interchange with the CSXT at Chicago, IL, hit the detector at MP 257 at sunset. The train is working over the Dubuque Sub and is 247 mile from Hawthorne Yard where the train will be interchanged. Run thru CSXT power brought out an empty ethanol train off the CSXT to Iowa 2 days ago and now is turned around heading back east with this load.
