| Its very rare you will ever see two Acela locomotives being pulled by a diesel. Its even more rare when it occurs on Norfolk Southern Territory. But that is the case on this day. KP701 takes two Acela locomotives to the Bear, Delaware car shops. It is unknown whether the locomotives will be serviced at the shops or be reunited with a fresh passenger trainset for the Northeast Corridor. A few years ago Matt Donnelly said "Some real oddball stuff can be seen on these moves." This is definitely what he was talking about. |
