Northbound GO train #805 charges past the Langstaff Rd crossing, with MPI MP40PH-3C locomotive #610 pushing on the tail end at mile 15.10 of the CN Newmarket Subdivision. The Newmarket Subdivision used to be owned by the Canadian National Railway Company, but GO Transit had purchased the line. However, CN still operates the line while GO Transit owns it, with about 1 freight train each day which usually runs during the night to avoid distributions with GO train's. Construction has started of a 2nd track all the way to Barrie to run hourly service, which is scheduled to be completed by 2020.
Pace and pan shots of trains from on the ground or in the air. If you're not in the locomotive cab or on-board the train, it's the next best thing to being there.
