General Electric ES44AC. This train of empty oil cans is headed for loading at the Plains All American Pipline loadout in Manitou, ND, located in the Bakken Oil fields. This train would eventually come to an abrupt stop at the next town west of here (Oregon, IL) due to mechanical issues, and would sit there for a good several hours before continuing on.
