The Strates Carnival Train
The annual Strates Carnival train is seen crossing the Mill Rift bridge from Sparrow Bush, NY to Mill Rift, PA. The train is making its once yearly run up the Southern Tier and has recently proved to be the only "regularly scheduled" daylight freight on the Tier. Powering the train was a pair of NS GE's the latter of the two being a standard cab - a welcomed site on the Tier! |
