Local J13 brings 110 empty coal hoppers from SunCoke's Ceredo Docks down Track 3 of Kenova Yard, heading for the mainline for a trip down to Williamson. With the idling of the mine at East Lynn, the only customer on the Wayne Branch, the yardmaster position at Kenova has been abolished, and a two-head approach signal attached to the yard office now governs trains passing through enroute to the New Yard on the other side of town (and across CSX trackage)
