The more things change the more they say the same. Hard to believe its been 4 years since I've been to the West Slope, even more since I've been to this particular location. The GEVOs are new since then, as are the loaded oil trains. But somethings, like old PRR signals protecting heavy helper assisted eastbounds, remain unchanged since well before I first started visiting this part of railroad over 10 years ago.
