Remarks & Notes |
With the Suburbs of the town of Kearns as a backdrop. Kearns is located on west side of the Salt Lake Valley. Utah Railway’s GP40's 3001 3002 roll over the jointed rail of the Garfield branch toward Kennecott Copper with empty sulfuric acid cars. This is one of those shots that can be not be recreated. The 3001 and 3002 are off system being rebuild, and will return with Genesee and Wyoming orange paint. Also trains only run on the Garfield branch at night due to UTA light rail. |
