I had often looked at this location as a possible photo location but usually I wasn't equipped to wade through the bog to get the shot. Well, that changed last night when a buddy and I waded through the bog, often with water nearly waste deep, for this shot of the pride of the Alaska Railroad passenger fleet, the Denali Star, seen here reflected in the pond at MP 145 about 30 miles north of Anchorage.
