As a nice sunny day comes closer to an end, Three BNSF GE's take a hot intermodal train south on the Lineville Subdivision from Birmingham, AL. Here they pass the Wadley Railroad Depot, a train station built in 1907 that served the Atlanta, Birmingham, and Atlantic Railroad line. After surviving for over a century now, it has definite signs of aging but seems to have held up pretty good since closing to passenger traffic in 1964.
