The last Canadian Pacific train heads NB thru upstate NY farmland on the Delaware & Hudson. On 9-19-2015 Norfolk Southern took over the D&H tracks from Schenectady, NY to Sunbury, PA. No longer will a single RR operate between the Canadian border and the Scranton area for the first time since the late 1800's. The last 253 has CP 9623, CP 8954 (ES44AC) and 19 cars after picking up 3 covered hoppers at Oneonta.
