Remarks & Notes
A 4-car set of owl-eyed MP54s pulls into Paoli on a mid-afternoon run. The basic design of these cars dated from 1915 when the PRR started to convert some of its standard P54 steam suburban coaches to m.u. cars. September 11, 2015 marked the 100th year of electrified service for the "Paoli Local." Note the poster on the westbound platform for the original Broadway musical, "Chicago," which opened on June 3, 1975.
