Remarks & Notes
Amtrak operated its annual Autumn Express train this year from Albany, New York to East Deerfield, Massachusetts and return with Amtrak P42DC 145 and P40DC 822 leading an 11-car train over trackage owned by Canadian Pacific Railway and Pan Am Southern. The special is seen crossing the Hoosic River with plenty of foliage for the train's passengers on a calm Saturday morning.
