There are a few neat old signals still left on the NS Southern Tier route. Here at Gang Mills, the east end of the yard at Painted Post, there are style G signals on a bracket signal mast. Alot of Conrail heritage in the signals around here. The Southern Tier runs from BD near Binghamton, NY, to Panama near Buffalo, NY, 206 miles.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
