| Green Mountain Railroad train #263-23 is seen rolling downgrade on the GMRC Bellows Falls Subdivision at Ludlow, Vermont, with the pair of ex-Florida East Coast SD70M-2s 103/101 turned VTR 432/431 bracketing VTR GP40-2 307 and with the GMTX GP40 3011 - ex-Green Mountain Railroad 304 - cut in ahead of the 36-car train. Long shadows in the fall and winter make this shot nearly impossible beginning the last week of November or first week of December. |
