A loaded ballast train fresh from the Vulcan Materials Quarry gets back on the move again after watching a southbound empty auto rack overtake it at the Loachapoka siding a few miles north of here. The train is passing the former Notasulga siding which is now simply a storage track for this line’s local and any other trains that need a place to tie up.
