The 16T is eastbound on No. 2 Track at 11:45 a.m., passing under the 9th and 10th Street twin viaducts. The viaducts were built by contractor J. D. Eckman of Atglen, PA, and opened for traffic in 2012 and 2013 respectively, carrying PA Route 72 over the NS Harrisburg Line. In his dedicatory remarks for the 9th Street viaduct in September 2012, Public Works Director Gordon Kirkessner reported that the red keystone (to the right of the lead unit's nose) was incorporated in the design to honor the Pennsylvania 28th Army Division of WWII fame.
