Conrail block operator Jim Largent is in position to hoop up a NORAC Form D movement authority to the approaching Conrail train NSSE-3 - a train that at the time operated from Linwood, NC to Selkirk, NY via the Harrisburg Line to NJ and then north to Selkirk. Largent is ready to deliver a crossover and run on the opposing track permission for the train that is operating in Rule 251 territory (at the time), pre-dating the Harrisburg Line's CTC installation just a few short years later.
