Remarks & Notes |
Running south with its horses roaring, this behemoth CSX No. 682 passes the Wadley Railroad Depot which is one of only four surviving Mission Revival Style train stations in Alabama. Built in 1907, the Spanish-style depot looks very unique compared to other buildings in the small town of Wadley. Amazingly after all these years, the clay tile hipped roof is almost fully intact with only a small amount of tiles missing. |
