Having left Corfe Castle the train continues south, crossing a small viaduct. As part of the national collection this locomotive visits various preserved heritage lines throughout Britain. The class was first introduced in 1899, and were considered to be fast for the time. As a result they were nicknamed 'greyhounds'. |
