| On a very cold January night with wind chills as low as 2 above, an approaching 27V lights the way and illuminates the 92V as they bring their empty auto rack train westbound on the Pulaski District. On a side not, you can see a little carbon buildup burning off in the exhaust, this SD40-2 has been idling for days... |
