| Q602 has just arrived from Pensacola and the Engineer is tying the last hand brake as the conductor makes his way to the yard office. Apparently there are no rested crews to take the train on toward Baldwin. Foreign power on CSX's Panhandle route was commonplace throughout the 90's. |
