Back to Back Tunnel Motors
NYSW 3014 is now the only active SD40T-2 on the Susquehanna as its sister tunnel motors NYSW 3012/3016 have been rebuilt. Coupled to the East end of NYSW 3014 is NYSW 3012 the first of the two SD40T-2's to return from Washington rebuilt as an SD33-ECO. The unit retained its original cab however its long hood was rebuilt from the ground up. This image highlights the difference of what the unit was and what it is now. |
