The famous Shakespeare Cliff in Dover - a great location for railfanning. Through the cliff two single line tunnels were built and opend in 1844. They have a rather unusual profile. Nowadays the line is electrified by a third rail. Operated mainly from the London and South Eastern Railway hourly regional (mainly with Class 375 EMU) and intercity (with class 395 "Javlin" units) services are available. Here a class 395 "Javlin" is exiting the tunnel and recently will arrive at Dover.
