The train make a dash down the main 2 track heading for the single main track through Cowan, TN (MP J-86.8 SE Cowan) for the Cumberland Plateau with the help of CSX J298-02. The train will run up the mountain til it get to Rockledge where the helper will electronically uncouple itself, and let CSX Q676 roll safely down the mountain to Sherwood, TN then onward south to Chattanooga. A daily routine that is normal on this section of rails on the CSX Chattanooga Sub.
